So many of my friends watch shows on HGTV and say to me, “it looks like so much fun being a Realtor!” I admit I DO have a lot of fun with my clients, in fact, I make it a point to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. But showing beautiful homes to buyers, or helping sellers get top dollar for their property is only a fraction of what I do. Most of my time is spent negotiating contracts, researching the market, and coordinating the 163 steps it takes to sell a house (yes, I counted them) – none of which you see on TV.
What I most enjoy about Real Estate is the fulfillment I get from helping people achieve goals. Home purchase and sales are generally the largest financial investments Americans will make. It can be scary and stressful, and I take tremendous pride in protecting you throughout the entire process.
My philosophy is simple:

Since 2012, I have been a FULL TIME, fully licensed Realtor, and have participated in hundreds of closings. I stress full time because there are MANY agents in the area that “dabble” in real estate…that is, they do it as a hobby, or as a supplement to full time work. While i applaud their efforts, I truly believe they DO NOT have the time and resources available to make sure your best interests are protected throughout the entire sale process. Can they take your call while they’re at work? Do they have experience dealing with difficult banks, or knowing how to negotiate the best deal for you?
